Pivot Home Health proudly offers In-Home Support Services (IHSS) through Colorado Medicaid, empowering individuals with disabilities and chronic conditions to receive high-quality care in the comfort of their own homes. IHSS allows clients to choose and direct their own caregivers, including family members, while receiving vital support with personal care, health maintenance, and household tasks.
Which IHSS Services Does Pivot offer?
At Pivot Home Health, we provide nurse oversight, caregiver training, and ongoing support to ensure high quality care tailored to each client’s unique needs. Our goal is to help individuals live independently, safely, and comfortably in their own homes.

Includes assistance with activities such as bathing, dressing or eating.

Includes assistance with skilled health-related activities that are typically provided by a certified or licensed attendant, such as a CNA, LPN or RN. In IHSS, the Nurse Practice Act has been waived so that members have the flexibility to hire and train staff without certifications or licensure.

Includes assistance with general household activities needed to maintain a healthy and safe living environment, such as housekeeping, meal preparation and laundry.
